Jayne Harkness has been a fashion industry leader for the past 25 years, starting her career at Barneys as the Divisional Merchandise Manager and the founder of the CO-OP. Jayne was oneof the first visionaries who explored and discovered many ofthe new emerging designers many of whom areconsidered iconic to this day. Most recently, Jayne applied this exact strategy to the first luxury fashion fitness wear boutique, BANDIER, as a founding member and currently the Chief Creative Officer. Throughout her career, Jayne held various key positions at luxury fashion houses including SVP at Calvin Klein, President of Wholesale at Coach and Louis Feraud and President of Couture at Isaac Mizrahi.  Since 2011, Jayne has acted as a strategic partner to emerging and established brands through her consulting business, J.H.G & Partners. Her clients include, ADEAM, Sally LaPointe, Araks, Norisol Ferrari, Paola Quadretti, Carr and Rita Vinieris. She also partnered and assisted in the launch of the Elizabeth Kennedy Collection. Jayne is not only an executive, but also a mentor. As a CFDA business mentor for the fashion incubator, a Lead Advisor for CFDA NYU Stern MBA program and a NYCEDC Mentor for the fashion innovators & fashion fellows program.
